Experience

Since serving as an Executive Director for a regional health system Foundation and leading multiple capital campaigns, Jenny has led consulting engagements with more than 75+ foundations and nonprofits including Metroparks Toledo Foundation, ProMedica Foundations, Sauder Village, Boys & Girls Clubs and Ronald McDonald House Charities in multiple states.

For more than a decade, Jenny has worked to build capital campaigns, annual campaigns, and development infrastructure specific to the culture of each organization. She partners with organization leadership, development staff, and board members to build and implement the strategies, strategically hire staff, and engage board and volunteers.

She leads executive searches and onboarding programs for nonprofits and development leadership, and empowers organizations to raise millions of dollars through focused initiatives and campaigns.

Jenny founded Shift Consulting March 2020. Previously, she served for more than a decade as the Vice President for Aly Sterling Philanthropy, and as an Executive Director for one of ProMedica Foundations.
