Shift Life Health Coaching with Jenny Goldberg Perin mends the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual’s unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, managing food sensitivities or autoimmune conditions, or developing a healthy relationship with food, Shift Life Health Coaching with Jenny Goldberg Perin designs a program to meet your needs.
Jenny partners with you and holds you accountable so you meet your individual goals.
We start by exploring your current and
past health habits, concerns and goals.
Next, we’ll create the road map to your health by outlining specific goals.
After that, we will meet (virtual or face-to-face) twice a month.
In follow up, you will receive key action items, tools, resources and recipes that support you as you work toward reaching your sustainable health goals.
Text and emails are welcome and encouraged throughout the partnership.
Finally, we will celebrate you with a comprehensive report of your accomplishments and a recap of all resources shared throughout the partnership. You will also receive a special gift from me.
Optional add-ons: pantry tour, grocery shopping, and cooking demonstrations.
All clients are invited to become a member of my private Facebook Community. Resources, encouragement, tips and ideas are shared among members of the Shift Life tribe.
