Shift Life Program
It takes six months, a holiday or two, personal events and seasons changing, to change habits and create new, sustainable shifts in your diet and lifestyle. This customized program begins with a health history assessment and SMART goal setting. It includes two zoom meetings per month, and access to your health coach via email and texts. Your health coach is here for you to support you, cheer you on, provide important nutrition and lifestyle information, and hold you accountable.
Shift Life Program Ongoing Accountability Intense Partnership
Take your results to the next level, building on the important diet and lifestyle shifts you have already made with this program. We meet twice a month to incorporate your current, and additional goals into your daily life. Meanwhile, we are here for you to support you, cheer you on, provide important nutrition and lifestyle information, and hold you accountable. *Must complete the Shift Life Program first.
Shift Life Program Ongoing Accountability Light Partnership
You are feeling quite confident with the incredible shifts you have made during the six-month program. An accountability partner will help to keep you motivated and focused. We will meet once a month, and I am available to bounce ideas or ask a question or two. *Must complete the Shift Life Program first.
Three meetings total: a health history assessment and SMART goal setting, customized Shift Life eating and lifestyle guide, wrap-up accountability and resource discussion..
Shift Life Health Coaching Consultation
This time is dedicated to you and your current health and lifestyle challenges and goals. We will cover some initial sustainable shifts you can implement immediately. Following the call or meeting, you will receive important tools and resources that will set you on the path toward meeting your goals. And, together, we can determine if a health coaching program might be just what you need to give you the information, the confidence and the accountability in order to meet your health goals. Should you enroll in the 6-Month Shift Life Health Coaching Program, $100 will be deducted from the first month or total cost of the program.
Shift Pantry Tour
One, 1.5-hour meeting in your home to open the doors to your pantry and refrigerator and uncover good choices while providing recommendations on swap out options.
Shift Grocery Tour
One, 1.5-hour meeting at a grocery store to gain an understanding of label reading, where to find the ‘cleaner’ and healthier options, and how to create a strategy you can implement each time you shop.
Shift Life Group Coaching
Co-workers, families, friend groups – Customized group coaching is available. You and your group know what you need to do, but you need a guidance and support around shifting your habits and behavior. Group coaching sessions will provide an empowering hour of nutrition and lifestyle coaching, accountability and resource sharing. Cooking, meal prep classes, pantry tours, and yoga classes, can also be incorporated in this service. Get your posse together and lets’ make those shifts!
Shift Life Workshops
Jenny, a seasoned enthusiastic and entertaining presenter, offers interactive workshops and training sessions for your business employees, school, faith-based community. Her trainings include the following topics:
