  • All along the way, you will be empowered with key action items, tools, resources, recipes, and strategies that support you as you work toward reaching your sustainable health goals
  • Text and emails are welcome and encouraged throughout the partnership
  • All clients are invited to become a member of my private Shift to Real Food with Jenny Facebook Community. Resources, encouragement, tips and ideas are shared among members of the Shift Life tribe
