Sweet and Filling Overnight Oats

  cup old fashion organic oats
 2 tsp chia seeds
 1 cup unsweetened almond link
 1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
 ½ banana smashed with a fork
 1 tsp vanilla
 salt

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and set in the refrigerator over-night.
